With technology advancements and mobile phones having the "tethering" feature, e-speed has once again proved to be lacking behind in terms of speed.
What of this gateway that was launched that would improve our connectivity? And what of the Aiti's initiative to provide fibre optic cables to homes?
The other day, my TelBru e-speed was at crawling speed. So I conveniently activate the tether feature on my phone. What was surprising was, my connection with 3G was much swifter and responsive than my e-speed line.
There has been countless complaints of e-speed so I probably sound like a broken record now. So TelBru, just because you have monopoly of the market as the sole ISP provider in the country, you need to wake up.
Because, once more and more people realise that they can tether with 3G at no additional cost with the highest DST Prima plan, they are going to abandon your service.
Consumers will realise sooner or later and consumers here are smart people, well travelled, who know what is being offered elsewhere. I know of people who are running their household internet's from their phone 3G's already and I will probably do the same in the near future.
Slow internet is slow
